Vessel Earth, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is a business-to-business AI workflow consulting firm. This policy describes how we handle information in the course of operating our business and delivering consulting services.

• Business information shared during the course of an engagement (project context, workflow details, system configurations)
• Communications exchanged via email or other business channels

We do not operate a consumer-facing product, collect data through web forms, use tracking pixels, or maintain a customer database beyond active engagement records.

How We Use Information

Information collected is used solely to:

• Deliver and manage consulting engagements
• Communicate with clients and prospective clients
• Meet our contractual and legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Client Data

Data shared by clients in the context of a consulting engagement is treated as confidential business information. Handling of client-provided data is governed by the applicable Statement of Work or confidentiality agreement in place for that engagement.

Third-Party Services

In delivering services, we may use third-party tools (such as AI platforms, project management software, or communication tools). Use of those tools is subject to the respective providers' privacy policies. We do not transfer client data to third-party tools without client awareness.

Sub-Processors

In delivering consulting services, we may use the following third-party providers to process data on behalf of clients:

• Anthropic, Inc. (Claude AI platform) — used for AI-assisted workflow automation

Clients are notified prior to their data being passed to any sub-processor. This list may be updated as our tooling evolves; the effective date above reflects the most recent revision.

Data Retention

We retain business communications and engagement records for a period consistent with standard business and tax recordkeeping requirements. Upon conclusion of an engagement, client-provided materials are handled per the terms of the applicable agreement.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information in our possession, including use of encrypted communication channels and access controls on stored files.

Your Rights

If you would like to review, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you, please contact us directly. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued engagement with us following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
